Kedves Kollégák, Örömmel hívjuk meg Önöket az idei ACHD Vitafórumra, amely egyedülálló a magyarországi kardiológiai rendezvények között. Idei évben negyedik alkalommal kerül megrendezésre ebben az egyedi formában vitafórumunk, melynek célja, hogy közös gondolkodásra hívjuk mindazokat, akik a komplex Felnőtt Veleszületett Szívbetegségek mellett PAH, illetve Várandóság és szívbetegség témákkal is foglalkoznak. A délelőtti szekció az európai és hazai ACHD betegek jövőképét és ellátási trendjeit tárgyalja, betekintést adva a régióban működő centrumok tapasztalataiba és az ellátás szervezésének jövőbeli irányaiba. Ezt követően a fókusz az intrakardiális defektussal élő betegek ellátására, a sönthöz kötött pulmonális hipertónia korszerű diagnosztikai és terápiás lehetőségeire. A délutáni program jobb szívfél-elégtelenség kezelési stratégiáival, valamint a Fontan-keringés komplex menedzsmentjével folytatódik, majd a napot az új ESC Terhesség és Szívbetegség irányelv értelmezése és gyakorlati megbeszélése zárja. A fórumunk célja, nem utolsó sorban az ismerkedés, a szakmai kapcsolatok megteremtése, és a jövőbeni betegutak könnyítése. Neves külföldi előadók emelik rendezvényünk színvonalát. Külön öröm számunkra, hogy az európai ACHD és PAH ellátás iskolájának kiemelkedő képviselői Prof. Margarita Brida és Prof. George Giannakoulas, valamint az “alma materünknek” tartható Torontói ACHD Centrum vezetője, Prof. Alonso-Gonzalez is elfogadta meghívásunkat. Segítségükkel betekintést nyerhetünk az európai és kanadai ACHD centrumok napi gyakorlatába és legújabb kezelési modelljeibe. We want to get your attention to the Austrian Symposium on Dialysis Access and Central Venous Catheters which will take place for the 5th time in Vienna 5th-6th of December 2025. It is an interdisciplinary, multiprofessional meeting where all dialysis-relevant stakeholders (nephrology, shunt surgery, dialysis care, radiology, patients, industry) meet. It is therefore an unprecedented opportunity to get to know state of the art treatment/diagnostic methods as well as innovations on this field. After all 4 previous symposia were very well received with over 200 participants each, we have decided to continue organizing this meeting. This year, we also decided to open the symposium to more neighboring countries besides Germany, Italy and Switzerland to give more colleagues the opportunity to be part of this meeting as a multiprofessional access platform with excellent international speakers and many training programs. This is one of the very few meetings worldwide offering such masterclasses. The website with the program and online-registration are already open: http://www.dialysezugang.at The proven concept of the 2-day conference will be retained: The scientific sessions with lectures by world-renowned experts will take place on the first day (05.12.2025) at the Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn.
