Az MTT Alapszabálya, a járványügyi korlátozó intézkedések és előző Közgyűlésünkön ismertetett

vezetőségi döntés értelmében Társaságunk vezetőség választásra készül személyes jelenléttel járó Közgyűlés keretei között, amely 

2022. április 22-én, pénteken 7 órától, illetve határozatképtelen létszám esetén 14 órától

az OVSz Landsteiner termében (1113 Budapest, Karolina út 19-21.) kerül megrendezésre. 

A jelölőbizottság elvégezte munkáját a jelölési időszakban. A jelenlegi vezetőségi tagok nyilatkozatai és a jelölések alapján kialakult jelölt listát jelen levél mellékleteként küldjük tájékoztatásul. Mivel a novemberre tervezett vezetőség választás elmaradt, így az előttünk álló Közgyűlésen természetesen lesz lehetőség a helyszíni jelölésre. 

Felhívjuk szíves figyelmét arra is, hogy a Közgyűlésen csak az az MTT-tag vehet részt és szavazhat, illetve az lehet választható, akinek nincs tagdíj hátraléka.

Tájékoztatjuk a tisztelt jelenlegi és leendő MTT Tagokat, hogy az MTT Közgyűlésén adminisztratív okok miatt NEM lesz lehetőség helyszíni:
- MTT-tagságra való jelentkezésre
- tagdíjbefizetésre
- adatkezelési nyilatkozat leadására

Ezek miatt kérjük, hogy a tagságra való jelentkezést, a tagsági díj befizetését (online átutalással), illetve az adatkezelési nyilatkozat megküldését a Közgyűlés ELŐTT intézzék. Mivel a tagdíj befizetéséről számlát kell kiállítanunk, ehhez elengedhetetlen az adatkezelési nyilatkozat leadása.
