As course directors and local hosts, it is our pleasure and privilege to welcome you to the 6th Mayo Clinic Chang Gung Symposium in RECONSTRUCTIVE SURGERY, which will be held in Munich Germany October 19-22, 2016.
This Symposium has been organized as a collaboration between Mayo Clinic & Chang Gung Memorial Hospital since 2009 and it has become one of the most prestigious and scientifically invigorating meetings in the field of reconstructive surgery. Until now, this Symposium has been held in the USA and Taiwan.
This is the first time the Mayo Clinic Chang Gung Symposium will be held in Europe. Munich is a cosmopolitan city with an exceptional infrastructure. It offers its guests a unique atmosphere and well-known welcoming hospitality. Based on an excellent transportation system the city can be easily reached from anywhere. In 2010, Monocle ranked Munich as the world’s most livable city.
The scientific program will focus on new developments in plastic, reconstructive, craniofacial and aesthetic surgery especially in the multidisciplinary setting of regenerative medicine from diagnosis to state-of-the-art of less invasive treatment approaches. This meeting will offer a great faculty from the fields of reconstructive surgery, craniofacial surgery and for the first time keynote lectures in aesthetic topics giving the platform for scientific exchange and discussion. We would like to present the way to achieve excellence in function and aesthetics through reconstructive surgery.
It is well known that this Symposium offers a great opportunity for all of us to update our knowledge, meet up with friends and colleagues, old and new, and enjoy each other’s company. This is the best occasion to prepare the soil for fruitful scientific co-operation in the field of plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery.

Az elmúlt években mindenki tetszését megnyerte a Velencei-tó partján a nagyszerű környezet és a minőségi ellátást biztosító helyszín a Hotel Velence Resort & Spa, ezért idén ismét ott találkozunk. A konferenciát idén is angolul rendezzük meg, mivel szeretnénk több külföldi előadót meghívni és a környező országok immunológusainak részvételére is számítunk.
Az idei konferencia első napjának kiemelt témája a gasztrointesztinális betegségek rheumatológiai vonatkozásai, a témakör külföldi meghívottjaiként Claudia Berek (Berlin) és Tom Cupedo (Rotterdam) professzorokat kértük fel. Előadásukhoz kapcsolódva a téma hazai kutatói tartanak beszámolókat.
Természetesen várjuk a hazai immunológiai műhelyek absztraktjait előadásokra és poszter-előadásokra, a konferencia szakmai programját tematikailag összerendezve fogjuk kialakítani. A poszter szekcióra idén több időt szánunk, és a tartalmas ismertetéseket szekcióvezető segítségével fogjuk lebonyolítani.
Idén tisztújító Közgyűlésünk lesz, bízunk benne, hogy ezen az eseményen minél nagyobb számban üdvözölhetjük tagtársainkat!
Bízunk benne, hogy idei Vándorgyűlésünk - a hagyományokhoz híven - a tartalmas szakmai programokon túl, kellemes kikapcsolódást is kínál, amelynek keretében kötetlen formában is lehetőség lesz az ismeretek kicserélésére, személyes kapcsolatok fejlesztésére.

3rd International Scientific Symposium of the Clinical Research Group 249 on "Defects of the innate immune system in autoinflammation and autoimmunity" organized by Angela Rösen-Wolff, Min Ae Lee-Kirsch and Axel Roers which will be held from Thursday, August 31, to Friday, September 1, 2017 at the Center for Regenerative Therapies Dresden, Germany.

Connecting the Global Dermatological Community:
The 5th gathering of international experts and colleagues is planned for July 2017 and we extend this invitation to you to join us in Munich. ISA 2017 will once again present a unique and exciting platform where different cultures with a variety of approaches to skin diseases, varying access to and availability of treatment protocols, products and equipment will meet, learn and exchange. Emphasis is placed on the practical treatment of skin diseases, important in daily practice.
The entire spectrum of practical dermatology will be addressed including paediatric dermatology, infectious diseases, dermatosurgery, geriatric dermatology, aesthetic dermatology, laser treatment, leg ulcers and wound healing, dermatopathology, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, photodynamic therapy, fillers and botulinumtoxin, trichology. The highly successful Master Classes and hands-on courses will be on offer again.
