A MOOT és az MRT-OS közös kongresszusa, amely széles alapokra helyezett tudományos fórumot teremt a csont- és ízületi betegségekkel foglalkozó hazai szakemberek számára. A főtémák felölelik az osteologia számos területét, annak jegyében, hogy az elmúlt években csatlakozott hozzánk a Menopausa Társaság, az Ortopéd és Traumatológiai Társaság, a Nőorvos Társaság, a Rehabilitációs Társaság, a Reumatológusok Egyesülete, a Laboratóriumi Diagnosztikai Társaság, az Osteoporosis Betegek Magyarországi Egyesületének számos tagja és vezetője. 2005-ben a sort tovább bővítjük: szeretettel várjuk a Magyar Tüdőgyógyász Társaság képviselőit!
A kongresszusra Interneten keresztül is lehet jelentkezni, az absztraktok beküldése viszont kizárólag az Interneten keresztül történhet! Az on-line regisztrációs és absztraktbejelentő rendszer elérhető a www.osteoporosis.hu Web-rendszerben, a kongresszus információs oldalán. |

The European Parliament Osteoporosis Interest Group is an informal, all-party group founded by a former MEP, Mrs Mel Read, in December 2001, to help stimulate much needed policy developments at both national and European levels. The International Osteoporosis is the secretariat for the Group.
Over the last three years members of the Interest Group have played an important role in increasing political awareness about osteoporosis both at European and national levels by participating in awareness activities and by supporting relevant legislation. Since the recent European Parliament elections the Interest Group has been reformed with Mary Honeyball MEP and Angelika Niebler MEP as co-chairs. The Group is committed to improving policies for osteoporosis by playing an active role in the Call for Action.

Dear Friends and Colleagues,
The field of Viral Hepatitis is experiencing vast expansion in clinical trials and basic research, as well as in emerging cutting-edge technology. Exciting new drugs are soon becoming available.
The 1st World Congress on Controversies in the Management of Viral Hepatitis (C-Hep) will function as a comprehensive forum where international experts share and debate state-of-the-art management issues, such as appropriate use of new drugs, in order to outline the optimal treatment for patients.
This innovative Congress is unique in its explicit focus on resolving controversies related to clinical management and treatment of patients infected with viral hepatitis. Controversies raised by recent advances in Hepatitis care will be addressed throughout the comprehensive meeting.
Participants will have the advantage of discussing and debating these unresolved issues with leading world experts in all fields of Viral Hepatitis. Allowing ample time for speaker-audience discussion, the Congress aims at reaching up-to-date and agreed-upon answers to ongoing debates, even when data remains limited, through evidence-based medicine and expert opinion.

• State-of-the-Art in Cytometry Lectures addressing Technology, Science and Biomedicine – our way of getting the main meeting off to a great start and to ensure that we stay true to our origins.
• Frontiers Lectures and Plenary Talks – these highly regarded sessions will underpin an outstanding program.
• A new showcase session for Emergent Technologies And Engineering Innovations - showing the determination of ISAC to continue to acknowledge and support creativity in those areas.
• The Hooke Lecture - will continue to address the importance and responsibilities of our discipline framed within a wider context. We expect this to be both informative and inspirational.
