A tudatos jelenlét (mindfulness) olyan speciális figyelmi állapot és tudati beállítódás, amely ítélkezés mentesen, elfogadó módon, a jelen pillanatra fókuszálva megnöveli a mentális folyamatokkal kapcsolatos tudatosságot. Ez a tudatos jelenlét fontos egészségvédő hatással bír, mert kizárja a múlton való rágódást és a jövővel kapcsolatos aggodalmaskodást, így csökken a depresszió, a szorongásos problémák kialakulásának veszélye, javul a jelen és önmagunk elfogadásának képessége, a figyelmi kapacitás és a megküzdő képességünk is.
Jelen workshopunkban a bizonyítékon alapuló pszichoterápiás alkalmazás felől közelítjük meg a tudatos jelenlétet, és a résztvevőknek lehetősége lesz a gyakorlatok során saját tapasztalatot szerezni a módszer használatába. |
