Tisztelt MST-tag Kolléga!
Az MST közgyűlésére 2011. május 12-én (csütörtökön) 14 órakor kerül sor.
A közgyűlés után, 17 órakor lesz a 2011. évi Balassa János emlékelőadás:
prof. Acsády György: Az érsebészet jelentősége a társszakmák műtéteiben.
Helyszín: Magyar Tudományos Akadémia Székházának Díszterme

Regisztrálás 13 óra 30 perctől
Javasolt napirend:
1. Elnökség beszámolója.
2. MST gazdálkodásáról szóló beszámoló.
3. Ellenőrző bizottság és fegyelmi bizottság beszámolója.
4. Vita a beszámolókról és szavazás elfogadásukról.
5. Vezetőség, ellenőrző és fegyelmi bizottság megválasztása
A jelölőbizottság által javasolt jelöltek listája április 15. után megtalálható lesz az MST honlapján:

Tájékoztatásul: az Alapszabály szerint a közgyűlés határozatképességéhez a tagok 50%-a +1 fő jelenléte szükséges. Amennyiben a fenti időpontban a közgyűlés nem lenne határozatképes, akkor a szabályok szerint azonos napirenddel újra össze kell hívni. Ennek értelmében a - szükség esetén - megismételt közgyűlést 2011. május 12-én 14 óra 30 percre hívjuk össze a fenti helyszínre. Ez esetben a határozatképesség a megjelentek létszámától független.
