A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrologiai Munkabizottsága online megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 39. évfolyamának 5. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk.
Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:
1. 27 éves férfi. Nephroso-nephritis, 2 hónapja felismert “acute on chronic” veseelégtelenség, eGFR 14ml/min/tf. Anti-DNS, ANCA negatív. (klinikum: Dr. Légrády Péter, szövettan: Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
2. 57 éves nő. Nephrosis syndroma, microhaematuria. Proteinuria 4.97 g/nap, megtartott vesefunkció. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor).
3. 66 éves nő. Nephrosis syndroma, évek óta ismert krónikus veseelégtelenség. Proteinuria 11 g/nap, eGFR 21 ml/min/tf. Anamnesisében obesitas, hypertonia, 2-es típusú diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, ISzB. (klinikum: Dr. Bitó László, szövettan: Prof. Iványi Béla).
