The Meeting will feature three parallel sessions, with over 100 presentations, including: satellite symposia, plenary lectures, debates, clinical interactive case presentations, round-table discussions and poster presentations over two days. In addition to the medical streams, there will also be a parallel nursing stream. The program is diverse and includes content that will satisfy all participants interested in acute cardiac care.

2009. október 22-25. között Zágrábban zajlik a 5th Central European Meeting on Hypertension, egybekötve a Horvát Hyperonia Társaság 2. Kongresszusával és a Hypertonológus Szakdolgozók 2. Kongresszusával. A 3rd Central European Meeting on Hypertension sikeres magyarországi kongresszusa után a 2009. évi rendezvény helyszíne Horvátország. Témája a hypertonia primer és szekunder prevenciója, az irányelvek megerősítése, alkalmazása, és a legújabb eredmények bemutatása a hypertonia terápiájában.
A kongresszus hivatalos nyelve angol.
