A Magyar Hematológiai és Transzfuziológiai Társaság Közhasznú Egyesület elnöksége képviseletében, az alapszabály V.1. b. pontja alapján meghívom Önt az egyesület rendkívüli közgyűlésére.

Időpontja: 2025. április hó 08. napján 11.00 óra
A közgyűlés napirendi pontjai:
1. A Fővárosi Törvényszék 36.P.20.538/2025/2 számú végzésének ismertetése, tájékoztatás a Fővárosi Főügyészség Közigazgatási Jogi Osztály keresetének tartalmáról.
2. Döntés az alapszabály módosításáról (kiegészítéséről), és a módosításokkal egységes szerkezetbe foglalt alapszabály elfogadásáról.
3. Egyéb kérdések, indítványok megtárgyalása.
A közgyűlés határozatképes, ha azon a szavazásra jogosult tagok közül 50 (ötven)% + 1 (egy) tag jelen van.
Határozatképtelenség esetén a megismételt (második) közgyűlés időpontja:
2025. április hó 08. napján 11 óra 30 perc, helyszíne megegyezik a fenti helyszínnel.
Határozatképtelenség esetén a második közgyűlés változatlan napirenddel és a megjelent tagok létszámára tekintet nélkül határozatképes (alapszabály V. 1. d. II. pont).
Megjelenésére feltétlenül számítunk!

The EADO initiates a course dedicated to fundamentals in skin cancer targeted to specialists and residents in the final phase of their resident program. They will benefit a comprehensive and updated course to improve their decision-making process for the management of all types and stages of skin cancer, from diagnosis, primary treatment and adjuvant treatment, to the management of loco-regional disease and distant metastatic disease. It is intended to organize this course every year in different countries.
Target Audience
This 2,5-day educational course targets doctors who are actively involved in the treatment of skin cancer. Dermatologists or other specialists who have completed specialist training, or residents in the final year of their training program, are likely to gain the most from this course.
The maximum number of delegates is 100. In order to make the course available throughout Europe, places will be made available on a first come first served basis to all applicants.
