Mindannyiunk iskolai emlékeiből felidézhető egy-egy osztálytárs, aki mindig egyedül ült az asztalnál, félve húzta meg magát az ebédlő sarkában, mindig zavarba jött, ha megszólították. Sosem kezdeményezett, ritkán hallatta a véleményét, feladatoknál megtorpant, és átadta az irányítást másoknak. Riadt és egyúttal vágyakozó tekintettel nézte a csapatokba verődött, jókedvűen nevetgélő társait, de rá csak akkor figyeltek, ha valaki piszkálni kezdte. Iskolás évei csendben, eseménytelenül teltek, a nagy bulik és kalandok – barátok híján - elkerülték őt.
A kamaszkorba lépő gyermekek kortárskapcsolati konfliktusai és esetleges bántalmazása, perifériára szorulása alapvető jelentőséggel bírhat számos testi és lelki probléma kialakulásában. Ezek kezelése során a hagyományos pszichoterápiás módszerek mellett egyre inkább szükségesnek tűnik az alapvető szociális készségek célzott fejlesztése, amelynek segítségével a serdülők hatékonyabbá válhatnak a kezdeményezés, kommunikáció, önvédelem és problémamegoldás terén. Mindezek segítségével könnyebbé válhat a barátságok kialakítása és fenntartása, a közösségbe való beilleszkedés. Ezen készségek alapvető fontosságúak a harmonikus, kiegyensúlyozott élethez, a későbbi boldogulásban jelentős szerepet játszó kapcsolati tőke kialakításához, magabiztos fellépéshez.
A „COOL-élés törvényei” szociális készség fejlesztő program interaktív, sok vizuális és játékos elemet használó formában került kidolgozásra 10-14 év közötti gyermek csoportok számára. A program elemei mind a klinikai munkában (pl. szociális szorongás, bullying kezelése serdülő csoportban), mind az iskolai közegben (osztályfőnöki órák, kirándulások, szakkörök keretein belül) jól alkalmazhatók.
Az egyes készségek (pl. kapcsolatok kezdeményezése, önvédelem, önérvényesítés, döntéshozatal, stb.) biztos elsajátításához és begyakorlásához konkrét módszereket és technikákat tartalmaz. A tanfolyam elméleti előadásokat, sajátélmény jellegű gyakorlatokat, video demonstrációkat foglal magába.

We want to get your attention to the Austrian Symposium on Dialysis Access and Central Venous Catheters which will take place for the 5th time in Vienna 5th-6th of December 2025.
It is an interdisciplinary, multiprofessional meeting where all dialysis-relevant stakeholders (nephrology, shunt surgery, dialysis care, radiology, patients, industry) meet. It is therefore an unprecedented opportunity to get to know state of the art treatment/diagnostic methods as well as innovations on this field.
After all 4 previous symposia were very well received with over 200 participants each, we have decided to continue organizing this meeting. This year, we also decided to open the symposium to more neighboring countries besides Germany, Italy and Switzerland to give more colleagues the opportunity to be part of this meeting as a multiprofessional access platform with excellent international speakers and many training programs. This is one of the very few meetings worldwide offering such masterclasses.

The proven concept of the 2-day conference will be retained: The scientific sessions with lectures by world-renowned experts will take place on the first day (05.12.2025) at the Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Vienna Schönbrunn. On the second day of the congress (December 6, 2025), we will offer several master classes/“hands-on” workshops on various topics, which will take place either in the congress hotel or at the Anatomical Institute of the Medical University of Vienna, as these are courses on human specimens.
To be in Vienna during the Advent season will be even more special due to our venue location next to Schönbrunn allowing visits at the beautiful Christmas market before or after the meeting.
Please be aware that most of the talks on the 1st day are in German (see program), but the workshops and masterclasses are mainly independent of language - based on their training/hands-on character and our international tutors.
Slots are limited on both days and will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis.
We look forward to an exciting meeting!
