Requirements to participate and submit the application: ◾ Scholarships will be available to dermatologists, in private practice or at University Centers, and residents or registrant Dermatology Training Programs, under 40 years of age ◾ Candidates must be nominated by their dermatologic society and obtain an official letter of recommendation. How to submit a Scholarship application: ◾ Applicants must submit an abstract for the meeting, following the guidelines available on: http://www.laserflorence.eu/index.php/abstract-submission. Abstracts should be sent before August 30th, 2013 to the Scientific Secretariat. Following acceptance of the abstract the complete papers must be sent to the Scientific Secretary by October 30th, 2013, for the publication on peer-reviewed journal "Laser Therapy": Proceedings will be published on line and on paper. ◾ Send an email within August 30th, 2013 to dermalaserflorence@gmail.com stating in the message the will to submit the application for “LASER FLORENCE 2013 - Scholarships for dermatologists”, indicating also the relevant submitted Abstract title and attaching the following documentation: ◾ Personal CV (up to 2 pages) ◾ Official letter of recommendation (PDF preferred format) from the dermatological society. ◾ Send a list of publications made on 2012 and 2013 in dermatological specialized reporting the relevant Impact Factor of the publications. Selection Criteria: ◾originality, design and methodology utilized in the investigation or research, ◾Clinical and Scientific usefulness ◾writing style and English Grammar of submitted abstract. ◾Preferences would be given to candidates coming from disadvantaged countries. Each Scholarship will include: ◾ Free Registration to Laser Florence 2013 on November 9th-10th, 2013 ◾ Up to 3 nights hotel accommodation ◾ Up to € 500,00 refund for travel expenses ◾ Invitation to the Welcome Cocktail of Nov. 9th, and to the Gala Dinner of Nov. 10th.
