HONORARY MEMBERS
Honorary Membership is open to any Hungarian or foreign citizen who can use their extensive experience in various fields of professional life for the benefit of the Society. Honorary Members are elected by the members of the Society.
Membership is established by the declaration of acceptance signed by the elected Honorary Member.
The rights of an Honorary Member:
- is entitled to participate in the General Assemblies of the Society with the right to consider and make proposals,
- to comment, to ask for information and to express opinions, but does not have the right to vote and cannot be elected as a senior executive.
The duties of an honorary member:
- operates in accordance with the principles set out in the Society’s Articles of Incorporation,
- is obliged to comply with the statutes and the resolutions of the general meeting, and to behave in a manner that can be expected from an honorary member,
- does not jeopardize the achievement of the goals and activities of the Society.
