On behalf of the scientific committee, I once again
like to cordially invite you and your coworkers to attend the 41st Congress of the European Society for
Surgical Research which will be held in
The scientific program is designed to attract a broad
range of audience covering all surgical disciplines and will include pre-congress
workshops, symposia, key note lectures, free papers and posters. The meeting
provides plenty of time for poster viewing and presentations which will allow
you to present and discuss your recent research results and to update your
knowledge on the progress made in other scientific groups. Accepted abstracts
will be published in a forthcoming issue of the journal European Surgical
Research.
We particularly promote young researchers to present
their work either as selected oral presentation or as a poster. Beside the
regular Poster Award and Young Investigator Award competition, the Walter Brendel Award will be elected from the 8 papers with the
highest score presented during the Walter Brendel
session. Finally, we like to emphasize the simply unique beauty and relaxing
