  Nominations are now open!

  The EPA is pleased to announce for the third consecutive year the “EPA Constance Pascal – Helen Boyle Prize of €10 000 for Outstanding Achievement by a Woman in Working to Improve Mental Health Care in Europe.”

  

   

  Women have long been discriminated against, including in the fields of mental health care and psychiatry. Through this prestigious prize, the EPA hopes to publicly acknowledge and increase awareness of the outstanding achievements by women working to improve mental health care in Europe, just as the prize namesakes contributed by taking the first steps toward the inclusion of women in scientific advancement.

   

  The EPA is calling for your nominations for women psychiatrists or researchers in psychiatry, working in Europe, who have significantly contributed to the field of mental health care.

   The laureate will be announced and awarded during the European Congress of Psychiatry, taking place from 28-31 March 2020 in Madrid, Spain.
