ERA-EDTA e-seminar October 29th, 2020

ERA-EDTA is happy to announce that the first CKJ Journal Club e-seminar will be held on October 29th at 4:30PM GMT / 5:30PM CET. In this e-seminar series authors of selected articles published in CKJ are invited to present their work, aiming to generate a discussion among the Nephrology Community. An exploratory study of intra-dialytic cycling and cardiac stunning by Dr Scott McGuire from Coventry’s Centre for Sport, Exercise and Life Sciences in the UK is the subject of CKJ’s first e-seminar. Could intradialytic exercise be a key to reducing CV risk among those on haemodialysis? Join us for a review of the data and expert analysis by Professor James Burton (Principal Investigator of the CYCLE-HD trial). All attendants will be able to ask live questions during the e-seminar.
