    This webinar will provide an overview of the challenges of Laboratory Medicine in low- and middle-income countries, related to three aspects: redefining its leadership, the impact of laboratory tests on the health system, and the advantages of a transformation towards a clinical laboratory  4.0.

    Participants will identify laboratory tests as crucial tools in health systems. The need to redefine the leadership culture of the Clinical Laboratory in a changing world for the benefit of patients will be discussed and the advantages, challenges and risks of the fourth industrial revolution in clinical laboratories will be recognized.

     

    This webinar comprises of three following presentations of 20 min each.
