SUBJECT: STATE OF ENDOCRINOLOGY 2025 – YOUR OPINION MATTERS
Dear Colleague,
Back in 2019, we joined the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE) in asking our members to take part in the ‘Mapping Endocrinology in Europe’ Survey. That’s been very useful in helping to shape our profession, but the results are now getting dated. Our endocrine workforce faces the challenge of increasing prevalence and complexity of endocrine disease, while not seeing the workforce develop in a way that is commensurate with the future challenges, both regarding clinical aspects but also related to the research required.
Now I’m asking you to invest in our profession by completing a renewed updated survey, organised by the ESE in collaboration with the National Endocrine Societies affiliated to ESE. This 2025 survey is now open and can be accessed through this link:

The questions are in English, but you are welcome to use any other language in your replies in open text boxes as we will be able to translate them.
