Tisztelt Kollégák! A Semmelweis Egyetem Sebészeti, Transzplantációs és Gasztroenterológiai Klinika 2025. szeptemberétől ismét Sztómaterápiás Ápoló Képzést indít. A képzés formája: Felnőttképzés - akkreditáció folyamatban Az előző évek képzési tapasztalatai, valamint a hallgatói visszajelzések alapján az idei évtől módosított, bővített formában, az elmélet mellett a gyakorlati képzés hangsúlyosabbá tételével tervezzük a képzést. Az előadásokat tervezetten pénteki munkanapokra osztjuk be, a gyakorlati képzés rugalmas formában, egyéni egyeztetés alapján történik. A kurzus teljes hossza 1 év (tanulmányi év), mely 52 elméleti órából és 40 gyakorlati órából áll. Ezen kívül 2 alkalommal külön konzultáció formájában dolgozzuk fel az előadókkal és hallgatókkal együtt a tanultakat. A képzést elméleti és gyakorlati vizsga zárja le, melynek alapján a Semmelweis Egyetem a sikeres vizsgát tett hallgatóknak igazoló oklevelet állít ki. Reményeink szerint a Sztómaterápiás Ápoló Képzés megújult formája hatékonyan fogja szolgálni a hazai sztómaterápiás gyakorlatot és ezáltal a közel 20.000 hazai sztómával élő beteget. Célunk, hogy a Semmelweis Egyetem által kiadott Sztómaterápiás Ápoló minősítés hosszú távon licencként szolgáljon, egyfajta minőségi igazolást jelentsen, egyben összekapcsolja az e területen tevékenykedő szakembereket. A SZAB Hypertonia és Nephrológiai Munkabizottsága megszervezi a Szegedi Nephrologiai Klinikopathológiai Esetbemutatások 43. évfolyamának 3. ülését, melyre tisztelettel meghívjuk. Három esetet fogunk prezentálni:1. 12 éves leány. Egy hete arcödéma, anaszarka. Felvételkor generalizált ödéma, a testtömeg 10%-kal gyarapodott, hipertóniás. Glomeruláris hematuria, proteinuria. Az eGFR 46 mL/perc/1,73 m2, hipoalbuminémia 20 g/L. Vérképben anémia, és enyhén csökkent trombocitaszám, 1,7% fragmentocita. Coombs-neg. Anti-ds-DNS pozitív, 200 U/mL felett. Anti-C1q 875 U/mL (50 felett kóros). C3 0,32 mg/dL, csökkent. C4d csökkent. Komplement terminális aktivitás növekedett. Klinikailag TMA áll fenn. (referálják: Dr. Jakab Dániel, Prof. Iványi Béla). 2. 13 éves leány. Cisztás fibrózis, súlyos tüdő és májérintettség. Régebben eritéma nodozum, izületi panaszok, átmeneti ANA pozitivitás. Most antibiotikus kúrán fekszik benn, 13. napon vaszkulitiszes bőrtünetek, artralgia, szialadenitisz. Makrohematuria, GFR hullámzik, minimális proteinuria. Hipertónia nincsen. Erős IgM Mycoplasma és Chlamydia pozitivitás. Enyhén csökkent C4, markáns hipergammaglobulinémia (IgG 46 g/l). IgG4 szint normális. (referálják: Dr. Balog Attila, Dr. Turkevi-Nagy Sándor). 3. 7 éves leány. 2024 februárban influenza fertőzés kapcsán nefrózis szindróma, azóta hullámzó jelleggel nefrotikus proteinuria, nefrózis szindróma. The TED Masterclass will be a full immersion clinical and translational event designed for specialists with experience in Thyroid Eye Disease (TED) who would like to receive further training on the diagnosis and treatment. Participants will be exposed to several topics and to practice-oriented training. The TED Masterclass will be open to a maximum of 50 participants and will be organized into plenary lectures and interactive workshops. The Masterclasses will be held in English.
