Infections remain a leading cause of hospitalization and complications for people living with kidney disease, but simple actions—consistent hand hygiene, staying current on recommended vaccinations, safe catheter and access care, proper environmental cleaning, and staying home when ill—saves lives. As an active member of the PhD programme Molecular Medicine (MOLMED) of the Medical University of Graz his translational research group addresses mechanistic issues of dermatological treatments.

Dr. Lev Pavlovsky, a Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at Tel Aviv University‘s Medical School in Israel, is the Director of the Psoriasis Treatment Service at Rabin Medical Center. With particular expertise in immunobiological treatments, he has led several international clinical trials and authored numerous scientific publications and book chapters. Dr. Pavlovsky also serves as a Councilor at the International Psoriasis Council and the National Representative in the SPIN network.
